In light of cannabis being&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2016\/11\/09\/us\/politics\/marijuana-legalization.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">legalized<\/a>&nbsp;in several states across America, more and more people use marijuana recreationally.<\/p>\n<p>The practice of &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/24930049\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dabbing<\/a>&#8221; has also gained popularity; users think that dabbing is safer and gets them a &#8220;cleaner high.&#8221; In dabbing, consumers place a small amount, or a &#8220;dab,&#8221; of concentrated cannabis on a hot surface (usually a nail) and inhale the resulting vapor.<\/p>\n<p>But while dabbing cannabis extract is perceived as being less harmful than smoking it, new research suggests that the practice exposes users to various carcinogenic toxins.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/319595.php?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=weekly\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"button\">For more <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Published 1 October 2017&nbsp; By&nbsp;Ana Sandoiu Butane hash oil is a cannabis extract made using butane.
