The WHO&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/medicines\/news\/2017\/WHO-recommends-most-stringent-level-int-control\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">also recommended<\/a>&nbsp;CBD not be a scheduled drug.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, the non-psychoactive component of cannabis does not exhibit any effects indicative of abuse or dependence.
