We describe a daily cannabis smoker without evidence of immunodeficiency presenting with confirmed&nbsp;Cryptococcus neoformans&nbsp;meningitis. An investigation of cannabis samples from the patient&#8217;s preferred dispensary demonstrated contamination with several varieties of&nbsp;Cryptococcus, including&nbsp;C. neoformans, and other opportunistic fungi.
