The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcrf.org\/sites\/default\/files\/Cancer-Prevention-Recommendations-2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new guidelines<\/a>&nbsp;from the World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) are part of a ten-point plan to help you reduce your risk of cancer.
